Among those honors conferred upon Andrew Beeghly were: the Bronze Star Medal, the Combat Medical Badge, the Army Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Afghan Campaign Medal, the Overseas Service Ribbon, the Army Commendation Medal, and the Air Assault Badge. Andrew Beeghly was in Haiti in 2002, 2003, and 2005 as part of an aid effort, helping to run a clinic in that country. In 2005 Andrew Beeghly left Haiti to offer his services in Sri Lanka when a deadly tsunami ravaged the region, serving as a medic/team engineer. In 2010, Andrew Beeghly was back in Haiti when the devastating earthquake hit the area, offering aid as part of the Haiti Disaster Response Team.
